The club sadly announces the resignation of chairman Nick Simonds.
Nick has taken the decision to step away due to a combination of reasons, but the main reasons are so he can spend more time with his family and a need to focus on his business.
Nick has not taken the decision lightly, but he has served Cinderford Town FC extremely well over the previous 7 years, 3 years as Chairman and Treasurer.
He wants to express his thanks to the committee, players, management and supporters for all their support and he wishes Cinderford Town all the best for the rest of the season and beyond.
The club would also like to thank Nick for his leadership and commitment, we know he will still be around, and he is always welcome back to the Causeway.
An announcement on the position of chairman will be made in due course.
